Terms and Conditions for Ghost Supply

Welcome to Ghost Supply. Below are the terms and conditions regarding your purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Acknowledgment of the Fire on April 6, 2024

On April 6, 2024, Ghost Supply experienced an unexpected fire that resulted in the loss of materials, equipment, and inventory. While this was a challenging moment, it also marked a turning point in our journey. We are committed to rebuilding stronger than ever and ensuring our customers continue to receive the quality and craftsmanship they expect from us.

As part of our recovery process, all orders are currently made-to-order as we continue to restock and restructure operations. Please note the following timelines to ensure transparency in our fulfillment process:

Production and Delivery Timelines
    1.    Patchwork Hoodies and Handmade Items
    •    Each patchwork hoodie is handmade with care and requires time to produce.
    •    Orders may take 4-6 weeks to be completed and delivered.
    2.    Printed Items
    •    Printed items, also made to order, may take 2-4 weeks to deliver.
    3.    High Order Volume
    •    During peak times, an additional 7 days may be required to process and ship your order.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Variations
    •    Cancellations: Must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
    •    Refunds: Only available for defective items or errors caused by Ghost Supply.
    •    Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in design, color, or size may occur. These are part of what makes every product special and unique.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
